The training method is something you have to get used to if you're always used to a normal way of fitness, but within a month you're all used to the training and I noticed some of the promises made by fit20. The big advantage of course is that the training only takes 20 minutes and you have time left for other things. This makes fit20 actually suitable for everyone. Another plus is that you train under the guidance of a personal trainer so you if you are thinking about giving up, your personal trainer gives you just that last push in the right direction. (S)he encourages you not to stop but to push your own limits, something that otherwise never would have occurred.

While practicing my hobby, mountain biking in the woods, I found that I could turn a heavier resistance and I could persist longer. fit20 helps to improve your strength and endurance. Also, I notice that my body has become more toned and my clothes became more loose.
The energy you get from training have boosted my concentration ability, I perform better, something I benefit from at my work. In short, I would recommend fit20 to anyone who wants to become fitter and wants to feel comfortable within his own skin.
