In January 2017 I started with fit20. The training fits well in my weekly schedule and supports me in maintaining a healthier lifestyle. After noticing a stronger physical condition, my interest in other activities like swimming and running increased.
I also started paying more attention to my daily food intake as part of a healthier lifestyle. As a result I am physically and emotionally more in balance. People are noticing that I have lost some (over)weight.
The personal trainers are key. They focus on proper execution of the exercises and correct my posture if required. I do absolutely recommend fit20 to people who have the financial means for personal training.
